About the Role
We are currently seeking a full time permanent Industry Sales Executive to join our dedicated team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

Drive revenue growth through consultative, solution-based sales across a portfolio of media and entertainment customers.

Develop and execute account growth plans, identifying new opportunities, expanding existing relationships, and growing market share.

Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders, including C-suite and broadcast industry leaders.

Generate new business opportunities through industry networks, customer insights, and market trends.

Lead commercial negotiations, renewals, and complex sales opportunities from qualification through to close.

Partner with channel partners to identify and deliver joint growth opportunities and new customer outcomes.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Service Delivery teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs.

Champion the voice of the customer, contributing market insights and feedback to influence product strategy and service improvements.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.

Work closely with Telstra Enterprise and Government sales teams to maximise growth opportunities and deliver an aligned customer experience.

Undertake other duties and responsibilities as required.
About You
The ideal applicant will possess:

Proven experience in account management, business development, or solution sales within media, broadcast, telecommunications, technology, or a related industry.

A strong track record of achieving revenue growth, securing new business, and managing complex sales opportunities.

Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to develop customer-focused solutions and negotiate commercial agreements.

Strong consultative sales skills, with the ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into business outcomes.

Demonstrated success building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite and technical decision-makers.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills.Experience developing and executing strategic account plans and managing sales pipelines.

The ability to identify market opportunities, leverage customer insights, and drive growth initiatives.Strong collaboration skills and experience working across product, engineering, operations, and partner teams.

A proactive, self-motivated and results-driven approach, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
