About the Role

We are currently seeking multiple full time permanent Ingest Senior to join our dedicated team.  

 

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Support day‑to‑day ingest operations and provide hands‑on assistance to the Ingest team
  • Train and mentor junior operators, maintaining workflow documentation and best practices
  • Assist with managing a rotating 24/7 roster, including freelancer backfill
  • Support media workflows and content delivery, coordinating across operational and engineering teams
  • Monitor system performance, investigate incidents, and support root cause analysis for operational issues
  • Provide onsite support during key events or high‑demand periods
  • Maintain and update operational procedures, SOPs, and training materials
  • Assist with testing activities, including test planning, execution, and issue analysis
  • Act as a key client contact for ingest activities, managing escalations and incident reporting.

About You

The ideal applicant will possess:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a broadcast, production, or digital cinema environment
  • Strong understanding of ingest workflows, broadcast standards, and operational processes
  • Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills
  • Collaborative, adaptable team player with solid Microsoft Office skills
