About the Role
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for workforce optimisation in complex 24/7 environments? We're seeking a Workforce Planning Analyst to deliver a critical project focused on discovery, scoping and modelling across diverse operational teams.
This contract will drive a comprehensive workforce planning review, including:
- Discovery and scoping across SLA/contractual commitments, shift activities and skill levels.
- Scenario testing and modelling to identify the most productive and supportive 24/7 roster structures.
- Analysis of customer/client deliverables and time commitments for roster management.
- Evaluation of leave planning, base FTE requirements, and casual workforce utilisation.
- Assessment of ad hoc customer requests and roster adaptability.
- Recommendations for roster changes based on best practice and legislative alignment.
- Insights into staff utilisation and sick leave trends.
*Please note this is a fixed term 6-month role.
About You
You'll bring:
- Experience in a 24/7 roster or logistics environment (e.g. transport, airlines, hospitals).
- Strong workforce modelling and scenario testing capabilities.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of legislative conditions and how to apply them.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in time and attendance systems.
